Application Process

• Designate a Primary Applicant.
• The primary applicant shall incorporate roommates (co-applicants) by adding their names and emails into the application. This will ensure that you and your roommates are grouped together.
• Each roommate will receive a link in their email to complete their part of the application.
• Each roommate must fill out their personal details
• Each individual will add their own guarantor (if needed) to their application.
• Tip: You'll need to add any co-applicants and guarantor's emails, so be sure to have their email handy when you apply.

Please Note

• A guarantor is an individual who assumes financial responsibility for your lease agreement. This role is typically fulfilled by a parent or guardian.
• Should you possess an I20, I90 or an F1 visa status, a guarantor is not required. lf you are currently employed and satisfy the minimum income requirements, you must submit 1 month of paystubs.
• Because of joint and several liability, the landlord typically evaluates the group both individually and collectively.
• Joint and several liability is a single rental agreement signed by multiple roommates where every tenant is collectively and individually responsible for the entire rent amount and property damages.
