Floor Plans

Included in your monthly rent: Heat, hot water, trash, sewer and parking. All units are fully-applianced with stove, dishwasher, refrigerator, garbage disposal, air conditioner, furnace, and hard-wired smoke detectors. Terms apply.

Terms

Before moving in a Security Deposit (equal to one month's rent), and the First Month's Rent must be paid.

If your household does not meet the minimum income requirements, investments must be shown to cover the deficit or a guarantor will be required whose income exceeds their expenses.

A deposit of ½ month's rent will be required once an apartment is offered. Should applicant withdraw after deposit is received the first $100 of this deposit is non-refundable and will be used as an Administrative Fee; a proportional amount of the balance will be returned if the unit is rented within 30 days. No money is due upon application.

This information will not be disseminated, nor will it be sold or shared with any individual or entity unrelated to the purpose herein stated.

Please be advised that should a tenancy be created, and should you fail to abide by the terms of the tenancy, this information may be reported to credit reporting agencies for the purpose of enforcing collection of any debt owed to the landlord. We reserve our right to use the information contained within this application to protect our rights and property, where permitted by law.
